Hi,
I sent this out in my ezine yesterday, and thought
I would share it here.
May the Lord bless,

A journey that’s rarely predictable,
Often uncomfortably unclear,
And yet remarkably meaningful
If…
My eyes strive to see Jesus
more than seeking answers,
I rejoice more in simple pleasures
then I do in tabulating my losses,
And I trade the expectation of comfort
for the God of all comfort and grace.

So much of the Christian life revolves around the on-going
process of connecting with the Lord…
In the good times,
The not-so-good times,
And all times in between.
We connect with Jesus as we strive to see him in all things,
trust him through all things, and choose to be grateful
through the entire — and sometimes crazy — process of
living by faith.
In the brief thoughts above entitled “The Journey Of Faith,”
my desire revolved around attempting to convey a fraction of
this living by faith process in words.
May the Lord strengthen us to seek, hear, and follow him
during each segment of the many and varied pathways of our
lives.

Silence
Praise
Thanksgiving
Solitude
